Angrio Technologies ("Trakkar", "we", "us") builds and operates Trakkar, a time tracking and workforce management platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and product, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company name, and billing details when you create an account or start a trial.

When you use the Trakkar product, we collect usage data needed to run the service: time entries, task and project data, attendance and leave records, and, only where a workspace admin enables it, periodic screenshots and application activity for members of that workspace.

2. How we use your information

We use collected data to provide and improve the service, generate the reports and dashboards you request, process billing, send service notifications, and respond to support requests.

  • Improve performance and reliability of the platform

3. Screenshots and activity monitoring

Screenshot capture and app/URL tracking are optional features controlled by each workspace's admin, not by Trakkar. When enabled, captures are visible only to authorized roles within that workspace and are retained per the workspace's configured retention window.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with sub-processors who help us run the service, such as cloud hosting and payment processing providers, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Cookies

Our website and app use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, and understand aggregate product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Workspace admins can manage and export their team's data directly from the product.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; the "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
