Terms & Conditions

1. Using Trakkar

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create a workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per user, per month, at the rate shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Free trial

New workspaces get a free trial period with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to access another workspace's data without authorization
• Reverse engineering or reselling the platform without our written consent
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
• Using the service to violate applicable labor or privacy law

5. Screenshot and monitoring features

Screenshot capture, activity, and app tracking are tools provided to the workspace admin. The admin, not Trakkar, is responsible for configuring these features in compliance with applicable local labor and privacy laws, and for informing their team members as required.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your team put into Trakkar. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your workspace data at any time from account settings.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid after notice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angrio Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Trakkar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
